A user submission (Thanks lizlux ) in this surprisingly engaging series, as I try to uncover ads that don't suck. This is a brilliant TV commercial for Toshiba's new flat panel. I find this ad extremely impressive. It's an almost high art concept that still does a great job at promoting a product.

This one is so great. I laughed hard when I saw it. I think this is my favorite Apple campaign. Funny that Apple appeared in this series twice already. I guess they make ads that don't suck.

The mac 1984 ad. This amazing ad aired only once on television during the 1984 Super bowl to announce the launch of the Macintosh computer. Directed by Ridely Scott, of Blade Runner fame.

These TV commercials for Ikea are some of the funniest ads that I have ever seen. It's too bad that most US companies are too conservative to run advertisements like this.
